Is my personal information secure?
Yes. The personal data you send us (name, address, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted for your protection during the transmission process and can only be decoded by us.
How do I know that you received my on-line order?
We will send you an e-mail confirming your order along with your order confirmation number. Anytime you would need to interact with us about your order, you would use this number as a reference.
When we ship your order, which is almost always the same day we receive it, we will send you another e-mail with your shipment tracking number. This will allow you to track your shipment from us to you .
How can "Your Favorites" save me time?
Our exclusive Your Favorites will instantly bring up an order form listing every product you have ever purchased from us, even those placed through the mail or over the phone. For those of you that often place similar repeat orders, you can quickly and easily reorder your products with as little as two clicks of your mouse.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
With some products (excluding tags), if you purchase 3-4 times the end column quantity on the price chart, we can sometimes quote you a lower price. Call your customer service representative for details at 1-800-568-7768 for English speaking, 1-866-274-7768 for French speaking and 1-800-368-7768 for Korean speaking.
How do I change my password?

What if I've forgotten my password?
Simply click on Forgot Username.

You can check your order history through the Your Account link on the home page. You may also make changes to your account in this area.
Payment:
Will I be charged sales tax?
All Provinces will be charged a GST of 6%. ON will also be charged 8% for PST tax and BC will also be charged 7% for BCSST tax.
How much is my shipping charge?
Free if your order total is $100 or above. For orders under $100, your shipping charge is $3.83 regardless of the weight!
Can I still order on-line and pay COD?
Yes, the process would work the same way as if you had placed your order over the phone or through the mail. You would pay your $2.50 COD fee along with the price of your order to the delivery person.
Returns:
What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
You may return it. We will either issue you a replacement for the product, or a refund. For returns on orders placed over 60 days ago a credit will be applied to your Cleaner’s Supply account, in leui of a refund, which may be used towards future purchases. Products must have been purchased in the last 365 days to be returned.
How do I return a product?
- Pack items securely.
- Complete the information on the returns form that was included in your shipment and place in box with return. If you do not have the invoice, simply write us a note and let us know the reason for returning the product and if you would like a refund or an exchange (Please include store name, address and Phone number).
- All of Cleaner's Supply packages are sent with a pre-paid Returns Bill of Lading form. If you do not have one of these forms please call customer service at 1-800-388-5410 for an English speaking representative, 1-800-388-0190 for a Korean speaking representative, 1-866-274-7768 for a French speaking representative, or e-mail us at customerservice@cleanersupply.com to request a form.
- Pack product(s) securely in the original box if available. Fill out the "Returns Are Simple" form that accompanied your order and include in return package. (NOTE: Failure to fully complete this section could result in a delay of processing your return for 7-14 days.)
- Place return label on package. Write down tracking number of return label for your records.
- Call 1-888-744-7123 to schedule a pick-up. Please have the following information available:
- Tell the representative that you are using a Bill of Lading form.
- Shipper # is 0698314.
- Name and address for pick-up.
- Number of boxes.
- Purolator will pick-up your package the next business day.

How long will it take to get a refund?
Refund cheques are issued weekly. If you paid for your order with a credit card, then the normal time frame to see your credit showing up on your account would be 1-2 billing cycles.

In-stock on-line orders received before 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time ship same day. Most of our customers across Canada will receive their orders within 2-3 business days. Click here to view our shipping map so that you can determine shipping time.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives in a box that has been damaged during shipment, and the delivery person is still there, you need to refuse the shipment. You then need to either e-mail or call the customer service department and we will reship your order to you.
If you've been left a damaged package and the delivery person is gone, call or e-mail customer service immediately and we will issue a call tag for the damaged package and immediately reship your order.
What I just ordered I can't seem to make work right, how can you help me?
The first place we would suggest is that you go to our Articles and Advice section and perform a search on your particular problem. Chances are, we may have your solution already there.
If you can't find an answer to your question, then e-mail your question to asktheexperts@cleanersupply.com, and we will find the solution to your problem. You certainly may also call and speak with one of our customer service representatives.
