Our eco2go 22" x 28" Solid Color Round Bottom Counter Bags are made of a consistent, heavy-weight 210-Denier fabric that is durable, long-lasting and tear-resistant. Also features 2 gold reinforced grommets, self-locking drawstring and a black side strap. The round bottom allows the bag to stand upright while filling and emptying. Available in a variety of colors and blank or custom printed. Sold in packs of 5. Dry cleaning is not recommended on custom printed bags and there is a minimum purchase of 50. Please Note: actual color may vary from picture due to computer setting variances.

We want to print on your laundry/counter bags what is the maximum temperature your laundry/counter bags can withstand.

Our bags are 100% polyester and at 300 degree’s F polyester starts to degrade and it cannot last for any constant period of time or it will begin to melt. We recommend printed bags are washed in warm or cold water and should be air dried or use a low heat setting on the dryer.

Is it possible to press a Heat Seal Label as an Bag Tag on that material without smelting?

These bags are made of polyester and will start to melt at 220-268F degrees. Most heat seal labels are applied at 350-360F degrees. I think you would see some melting on them.

We recommend machine washing cold. Only use non-chlorine bleach when needed. For best results, air dry. Use a cool iron when needed.

We have tested the bags using a couple of different variables. When washed and dried using low temperatures, the bags and the screen-printing came out fine. For best results we recommend air drying the bags when possible.

What are counter bags used for?

Counter bags are typically given to customers to make it easy for them to bring their clothes in to the dry cleaner. They are great for pick-up/ delivery routes. If used in the store they may be at the front counter where the clothes can be stored awaiting tagging while the counter person quickly sets up an invoice for the customer.
