Why does my steamer spit water?

Please Note: Your answer will be displayed upon approval.
The most common reason for this steamer to spit water would be the because too much water was added to the tank. For optimal use, put in only 1 gallon of water, otherwise if it’s filled too much the steamer could shoot water up to 3-4 feet. You will also want to make sure that the hose is kept extended as much as possible so that any water flows back down into the tank. If these suggestions still don't fix the problem, then the unit may be defective and we should be contacted.

No, all of our units ship with a standard plastic head. Metal heads must be purchased separate.
