Why would the cover on an Ajax sleever unit start to get brown spots (PP15, PP16)?

Typically this is caused from moisture and starch. If a flannel is being used, it has a tendency to retain water and starch and will end up staining the cover. If no flannel is being used, it could be the FL ammonal causing the staining.
