How do you insert the wheels into the Rolling Utility Cart so that they don’t fall out?

Take the casters out of the inside of the tray. Turn the cart upside down. Insert the caster into the grommet located on the bottom of the cart. Push and twist the wheel in. You may need to exert some force before the caster snaps into place. But once it does, you won’t be able to remove the wheel from the cart.
