Thick Super-Strong buttons are specially formulated to really hold up under the harshest of conditions. The majority of shirt buttons are made of polyester, however, these buttons have a special additive that make them withstand higher pounds of pressure per square inch. 3.2 mil thick. 1 gross (144) per package. Available in a variety of colors and sizes. Button and snap size chart available. Please note: actual color may vary from picture due to computer setting variances.

Most buttons are made of polyester. This is also true of the super strong buttons. However, super strong buttons have a special additive that is added to the polyester resin. It should withstand higher pounds of pressure per square inch.

No, this has never been tested, although they are listed as heat resistant.
