How can I see the status of my order or see the order tracking information?

You can check your order history through the Order History & Tracking.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE on orders over $99! If your order is under $99, shipping is only $5.95! Additional fees may apply to orders shipped to AK, PR, VI and HI. Shipping costs for items returned from AK, HI and PR are the responsibility of the customer.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase? Can I return the product?

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product for a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. Products must have been purchased in the last 90 days to be returned.  Please Note: Certain indicated products are covered under manufacturer’s warranty which may differ from Cleaner’s Supply policy. To return a product, go to Start A Return. Shipping costs for items returned from outside the contiguous 48 U.S. states are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password in the Login & Contact Information section under Manage My Account.

How do I obtain a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)?

Products that contain Material Safety Data Sheets can be found on their associated product page. Simply click on the MSDS link to view the MSDS sheet where it can be printed for your files.

What type of payment methods are available?

We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO Addresses?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

How can I submit an idea, request products or offer a suggestion?

We gladly welcome suggestions! Is there something you’d like to see us carry that we don’t? Have an idea to improve our website or anything else? Just let us know! You can use the Leave Feedback button on the bottom of every page in the footer or e-mail us at customerservice@cleanersupply.com.

How do I report an error, problem or something unexpected?

You can click on the Leave Feedback button on the bottom of every page or send us an email at customerservice@cleanersupply.com. For more urgent issues, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-388-5410.

What if my company is tax exempt? What do I need to do?

If you have tax exempt status, simply email us your tax exempt certificate to customerservice@cleanersupply.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to activate your tax exempt status on your account.

How can I change or cancel my order that I just placed?

You can cancel an order that was just entered usually within about 30 minutes of placing the order by going to Order History & Tracking and selecting Cancel Order.  Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed once they are entered. You will need to cancel the original order and re-enter a new order with your changes.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 4:00 pm will ship the same day (Monday – Friday, except holidays).  Most orders arrive within two business days.  Click here to view our shipping map to determine your approximate shipping time.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally.  Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page, click the button for “International Checkout”. For additional information on international orders, simply click here.

How can I subscribe or unsubscribe for promotional emails?

Please visit the Preferences section under Manage My Account. If you are subscribed and are not seeing promotional emails, please verify that they are not automatically going into your “Clutter” or “Junk” folders. If this is occurring, please add the Cleaner’s Supply email address (cleanersupply@email-cleanersupply.com) to your address book or safe list to ensure our email reaches your inbox.

When will an out of stock item be available?

On the item product page, there will be an estimated date of availability. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department.

How long will it take to get a refund?

Upon processing your returned merchandise we will issue your refund.  If you paid for your order with a credit card, please allow a few days for your credit to appear on your account.

How can I get technical help?

How is the shown “List” price determined?

The “List” price is our buying staff’s good faith estimation of the common retail price of that product at the time the Product is introduced by Cleaner’s Supply. We make no representations or warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of the information. We have no liability for any errors or omissions in the information or these materials. We encourage you to do your own comparative research to see the value offered by our prices.
