If there is no steam: make sure the steam supply valve is open, Make sure the coil resistance is between 50-125 ohms, make sure the steam timer is not accidentally at “0”. If there is no air: make sure the damper is open, make sure the dryer timer is not accidentally at “0”, make sure the blower wheel is not stuck, make sure the motor is working (the resistance on the black and white wires should be between 5-20 ohms.), make sure the motor capacitor is working.
